My First Mother's Day Without Mother
My Mom had her 92 nd birthday on April 14 th . Then about 11 a.m. on April 19 th , she slipped peacefully from this world into the next. Her death was not shocking; we had many months, even years, to prepare ourselves for it. Anyone with an octogenarian parent should be prepared, I suppose.
